Change is the most wanted thing. Ever since Obama adopted it in his election slogan “Be the Change you want to see” change has entered the collective cosciousness. Be it Government, Industry or society change agents are making a difference. Making a Change is possible only when all actors come together. The Change makers should also be the change to really make a difference. Leadership, Communication and Passion are the alchemy of change.
